I just recently tried to schedule an appointment to view an apartment and was told that I could only do so a day in advance. I was also told that Saturday appointments are not an option. As a person seeking to find an apartment from out-of-state, it is very inconvenient to not be able to make appointments in advance. Unfortunately, due to this they have lost a business opportunity.
