Very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. No lines for very fast service.
They will try to rip you off and try to milk you for every dollar. They will try to charge you extra fees that the DMV are not aware of. Luckily the California DMV has the kiosk machine where you can go and pay for registration renewals and many other services without being charged extra DMV fees or having to pay registration service fees. If you are like me and don't want to be scammed out of paying extra fees just go to a kiosk machine and save yourself 50 to $100 or possibly even more.
