The Dr. Himself is great. However his staff is awful. (Tomball). They will talk very bad about patients when they are unaware of people in the waiting room. The way they laugh and delay calling in something for someone bc they called a few times to ask why it wasn't called in. I shouldn't know what pharmacy and medicine a patient takes. Literally sighed so loud and said well he will wait longer now. What disgust. The lady at the window has no people skills.. Save yourself find another doctor.
Very unprofessional clinic. The front desk staff are rude and show no respect or care for your concerns. They don’t take patients seriously and only seem interested in getting your money. The service is slow, communication is terrible, and the whole experience feels like a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for real medical help.
The front desk lady is extremely rude and always has an attitude. She treats people unfairly and makes you feel very uncomfortable. The doctor says one thing, but the nurse and front desk say something completely different — no one is on the same page. For even the smallest questions or issues, they insist you come into the office for no real reason. This clinic is disorganized, unprofessional, and not a place I would ever recommend.
Feel very good about this group. Never have to wait long to get in. Dr and PA did a great job of answering questions and spending time with me!
Front desk service is horrible. They never greet you. They always look mean they don’t talk to you. They’re not personable. I never can get my refills when their life needing pills that I have to take every day. I have to always call them and it’s been weeks without no refills when I’ve called them in the pharmacies called them. They’re just horrible service. I will not go there anymore.
