Needed 2 teeth extracted. I have no insurance and was talked in to buying thier own $500.00 insurance package. Dr. Torabi lost his cool before the first tooth was out. It took way to long. The whole time he was condensing and disrespectful. When it was finally over, I was very disoriented. The assistant guided through the lobby with blood running out of my mouth. I had to ask for some gauze pads. She lead out the door to wait in the parking lot. Worst dental experience of my life.
Would NOT recommend.
Extremely friendly staff! My kids were very hesitant about the dentist but they made my kids feel so comfortable and walked them through every step and made them feel at ease with the whole process. We found our new family dentist!
This doctor and his staff could literally teach other offices what Customer Service is all about!! I have been coming to Dr. Torabi since 2013 and his staff has always treated me like I am the only patient they have. In addition, I’ve always been afraid of the dentist....Not with Dr. Torabi!! I’ve NEVER had any pain! Great office with great people! Go see them!
