We had a very negative experience last week. My 87 year old father who is an amputee asked for a wheelchair. The office staff indicated they did not have one and if we wanted one we would have to go to their Boise office or we could cancel our appointment. In their defense we should have checked to see if they had one before taking him to the appointment. Most medical offices offer that service.
