This is about the most rude, incompetent and disrespectful staff I've ever encountered and dealt with. One can't call directly to their office, and they cancel your appt of you're 10 minutes late. Because the doctor wants to skip work early on a Friday evening. Rude receptionist, no office manager on duty, some butch female lab tech stands at the front desk acting as if she's security. Then again, I shouldn't be surprised if anyone is part of the INOTwork VA network ,stay from these people.
Very professional seems caring and noligible, good bed side manor, I feel comfortable with this doctor.
Dr. Shahcheraghi is great himself, but I have found the office he is in to be difficult to deal with. I also had to make an appointment with one of the other doctors recently because he was unavailable and found she really didn't listen to me, asked the same question multiple times, etc. Then she was unwilling to engage with my insurance company after an imaging denial. If Dr. Shah moved practices though I would follow. Instead I'm finding someone new.
Barely average physician. He was superficially polite and seemingly experienced yet, to be fair, I'm unsure as to how knowledgeable he actually is after only one visit. He was condescending and made a smug, annoyed facial expression when he saw my complex list of meds with potential drug interactions, due to multiple early life conditions.
