I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. Important calls are not being returned in a timely manner, which could have serious consequences. I feel like just another number. it's clear that my concerns aren’t being taken seriously.
Great Doctor And Staff, My First Appointment I saw The Nurse ,Nurse Practitioner And Doctor. I Brought All My Records With Me ,The NP Spent A Long Time Going Over Everything, They Set Me Up For A Endoscopy AND Colonoscopy On September 25TH. All Went As Planned , The Hospital Staff Was Wonderful. I Called For A Follow Up to Get The Results. I Was Told October The 25TH. I Think Waiting A Month For Test Results Is Unacceptable. Otherwise Great Doctor And Staff Thanks
Dr. Pakravan is skilled and professional. He is also a good listener and took time to discuss my health concerns. When admitted to Palms West he checked in to see how I was doing. When I had a bad flare up Dr. Pakravan would get me in asap. The office staff was just okay. When I tried to a get a prior authorization for a medication they completely dropped the ball. While there was a wait to be seen of more than 30 minutes, everyone in the office is very pleasant, friendly and professional. Dr. Pakravan was knowledgeable, informative and seemed caring. He explained my condition, my options and was aware of my overall health situation. I feel secure that I am in capable hands with him.
It went well. Only a short waiting time to see the doctor. Dr. Pakravan is clearly interested in his patients well being. He takes time and explains everything and answers all questions. Also, his office staff is excellent. They actually answer the phone when I call, not a machine. They are friendly and efficient.
Dr. Pakravan took excellent care of my Mom during her hospital (almost 3 weeks) stay and in her follow up visit. My Mom had GI Bleeding and he worked relentless to find the source. He went above and beyond to help her and got her transported to another hospital to get a test that was not done at Palm West Hospital. I'm grateful for the relentless care he provided. Thank you!
Dr. PAKRAVAN has been my doctor for about 5 years. He is a caring and efficient individual that I would highly recommend to family and friends.
