Wow, TOTALLY SCAMMED by this guy. We had the worst experienced ever - , we did a short term rental in santa monica, he completely price jacked the rent from 4600 to 9500, he told us he would be paying for utilities and gas for the 2 month rental, and it got turned off by the city 3 times while we were there, he asked us to pay rent 2 weeks early saying "Zelle holds money for a few weeks" we all know zelle is instant, he kept our security deposit of 5000 and tried to back charge us for "gardening, and all types of items for h... read more
