Very Professional ! They had lots of customers but she took the time to go over everything and did not rush to get me out
I was extremely pleased with my care at Ali & Patel. I was in a jam and they bent over backwards to help out. The entire office is upbeat and competent. My optometrist was Bradley Kovach O.D. He is very competent, communicates extremely well and is patient oriented. Equipment is state of the art. Happy they are within Costco.
Very nice people but every time I make an appt here they have me wait a long time and are overbooked.
Had a very good experience with my yearly vision check. Dr. Patel an her team are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The set-up of the facility is a bit tight, but well arranged, and my visit was very smooth and efficient.
