Receptionist is concerningly rude.
This is the worst Doctor's office I have been to! The staff is so rude and so disrespectful. They don't know what they are doing nor do they know what they are talking about. Also, Their office manager is even worse and not professional is the slightest and very disrespectful. This office doesn't understand nor care to deal with human beings. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Overbooked appointments, hence long wait times. Dr is efficient when you eventually get to see him.
Sadly this dr is a very kind dr. But his staff needs front office training
If I could give a negative 10 stars I would. The worst! Waited 2 months for the appointment after being given a referral by my primary doctor for a Neurologist. Should have done more research. My appointment took about 15mins, he asked me the most random questions, made an offhand comment when I answered one of "oh, you're smart!" and then said basically nothing was wrong with me.
