I provide women's groups, psychotherapy, couples counseling, and communication coaching in the Bay Area to adults who want to live more authentic, empowered, and connected lives, and who want to be kinder to themselves along the way. My comfortable and private office is conveniently located in North Berkeley, about a ten-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART and Cal campus. I also provide trainings in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to therapists and other helping professionals.
