Great doctor. Alma, and Ian have been very helpful when However, since 2019/2020 when I last went there, it is much more difficult to reach anyone. Ian, has been the only one who has answered phone calls. I also tried reaching out through the portal messaging system and received no response. Finally, I did have a couple of appointments cancelled by the office. Hopefully, that will improve.😊
