Dr Ali . Is very helpful and his staff are very helpful and kind and Dr Ali truely cares about how his patients feel and he listens to your concerns . I recommend him to anyone who suffers with pain of any kind he is amazing Doctor.
First if a pain management dr is supposed to be for all pain I have spoken to 3 different people about a refill that I was told it was sent to pharmacy on 12.25 i spoken to pharmacist o prescription had been called in I spoke to, I spoke to Ori today on phone and she is very rude I asked to speak to supervisor when they got on phone I heard ori talking about me in the background I was told the person did not have authorization to send in prescription that don’t matter what matters is that I was told she needed an appointment... read more
This wonderful kind man saved my life from pain. I was suffering from severe lower back pain and neuropathy, my legs hurt all the time, sometimes unable to walk. Without lower back ablation, I would not have the quality of life I have now!!! I am sooo very grateful to Dr Baalbaki. Receptionist asked me for my co-pay. I politely told her I paid it online. She said well, I don’t see it! Again, I said I paid it. Then she said well it’s not in my system and at this point I said well I don’t know what to say and she lost it and told me I was talking to her in some certain way and I don’t need to talk to her that way? Which way? I’m annoyed because you keep asking me for a copay that I payed online before the appointment.
