my honest review after residing here for 9 years. the main thing I want to say is: DEPENDING ON THE BUILDING YOU ARE IN, WILL GREATLY DETERMINE YOUR EXPERIENCE. overall, good family environment, no issues w/ the pool, the park is okay (never updated), I never used the gym, I never had a safety concern on the property. Maintenance has always remained consistent & reliable over the years. leasing office staff change EVERY 6 months / frequently - I couldn't keep up. I can only speak for where I resided, building V.
