Ali Evans is the absolute BEST! We would not have found our beautiful house in Goleta without her. We were conducting our house search from Los Angeles, and we relied on Ali to provide information about neighborhoods and street noise for different houses on the market. Ali previewed properties for us, either using Facetime from the property or taking a series of narrated videos for us. With every house she saw or we drove up to see, Ali would ask for our feedback – what we liked, what we didn’t like – so she could learn abou... read more
Ali and her team executed a perfect sale of our family home. Ali was throughly prepared at the initial site visit and came up with a comprehensive plan to achieve maximum results. Every step was covered from prepping the home inside and out with solid contractors to make necessary improvements and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan. We couldn't have asked for a better result and offers. I would use Ali again in a heartbeat for a sale or purchase of a Santa Barbara home!
Ali Evans and Lauren Dulcich recently represented me and my two siblings in selling our family home in Santa Barbara, and exceeded all expectations. We interviewed four recommended agents, and chose Ali and Lauren for their preparedness, vision for our house, enthusiasm and great communication skills. They asked us how we wanted to communicate and how often, and did exactly as we asked, keeping the three of us informed at every step. I was impressed and thrilled with their project management abilities - I live in WA and they... read more
Ali Evans is, without question, the realtor you want by your side for one of the most stressful experiences of your life. We worked with her on both sides of the process — selling our old home and buying our forever home— and she exceeded our expectations at every turn. What sets Ali apart isn't just one thing; it's everything working together. She is exceptionally professional and patient, never making us feel rushed or pressured into a decision. At the same time, she always made sure we were fully informed — not just about... read more
Ali is the absolute best and we could not recommend more for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Santa Barbara area! She was with us throughout the whole journey, from buying our first home to selling it 4 years later when we were moving out of town. What really stood out about working with Ali was the genuine care she has for her clients, a sense of practicality for our individual goals, and a high level of detail orientation that really helped us trust in the recommendations she gave us. Our selling timeline ended up bein... read more
