Kiana at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was on hold for a total of 55 minutes. After Kiana picked up she was giving me false information in regards to the patient and was arguing with me after I asked if there was someone else I can talk to and she put me on hold for another 20 minutes and ended the call.
Dr Borhan. 10 our of 10. Treated me for Prostate Cancer and lived up to the promises made during my first visit. Caring, compassionate, and clear as to expectations. 4 years later I know my decision to use him was the correct one. Dr. Borhan exceeded my expectations.
I've been Dr. Borhan's patient for over 25 years and have always been extremely satisfied by his patient demeanor and his results. Even though he's extremely busy, he always takes on the new patients that I refer to him. He specializes in difficult cases where other doctors won't even try. I would like to move out of the Phoenix area to cooler climates, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to replace him with another urologist of his caliber.
After my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer we scheduled a second opinion with Dr. Borhan and right away my husband felt comfortable with Dr. Borhan and trusted his opinion for treatment. This started out to be pretty good but proceeded to go downhill.
1. Dr. failed to see that prescriptions was compounding another problem and had tests done, ignoring that fact.
2. Office screwed up lab requests
3. Doctor downgraded my doctor cause he was too busy. New doctor wrote RX wrong.
4. Office ignored messages about lab and then three months later wanted the same lab done, despite it was done already.
Office has too many patients. Care has gone to terrible, despite some very qualified SENIOR practitioners
Dr. Borhan has a welcoming manner and also is very honest with diagnosis and follow up
care. He is to the point with explanation while still possessing a bedside manner. Wonderful

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Borhan for over a year now. Not only is Dr. Borhan brilliant and a fantastic doctor, but he is also a great human being with a tremendous sense of humor. Of all of the doctors I have visited in my 67 years, I would rate him among the top 1%.
Dr Borhan is the best urologist I have ever seen. I have seen him for over 10 years and he never disappoints me with his knowledge and understanding has a great sense of humor and I would recommend him to anybody male or female he is the best. !
We saw Dr. Ali after receiving a prostate cancer diagnosis. One of the scariest times of our lives. During our initial visit Dr. Ali spent all the time we needed to explain what treatment options were available and what he recommended. He acted like we were his only concern of the day. He is an amazing surgeon who remembers he is treating a person and their condition. His primary concerns are to save your function and preserve your life.
