I have had 4 colonoscopies with Dr Amini and totally trust this wonderful man! Highly recommend!!!!!
Dr Amini is the best gastroenterologist I’ve been to! I saw him for about eight years and he was always gentle, kind, understanding and patient. He explained everything and always made sure I understood before I left the office. Dr Amini should give classes on bedside manner because his is the best! I moved unfortunately and wish Dr Amini would open an office near me!
Everytime I have a check-up or follow-up with Dr.Amini it has alwyas been pleasant and instructions are clear. He listens to your concerns and guides you on what to do. Although this patient sometime alters that eating oatmeal everyday...which is NOT my favorite. He is great. It will be a sad day when he decides to retire.
After an endoscopy, I had questions about the report I received and the medicine I was told to take. I called several times over an extended period in an attempt to get answers to my questions. I left messages, but I never received a return call from Amini. I switched GI doctors and my new doctor told me to discontinue one of the medicines he prescribed. Ultimately, Amini's failure to provide the information I needed caused me a great deal of stress. I won't be going back to Amini.
Dr Amini is a great doctor. I have been a patient for 32 years and he has taken care of me from deathly ill to remission for my illness. He cares deeply for his patients and alway remembers my family situation etc.. I don't know what I'll do when he retires, he's the only one I trust completely.
You wait half an hour for a two minute appointment. He doesn't care if you are experiencing horrible side effects from medication so long as your symptoms are getting better. And when you symptoms don't get better, you turn into a lab rat with the amount of drugs tested on you. If you have a serious IBD condition, go somewhere else. He will only waste your time.
Dr Amini is a wonderful doctor
