Driver making delivery parks blocking a driveway, rather than walk 15 extra feet to park better. When I politely asked if next time he could respect a driveway, he argued and nearly cursed about how hard he works and that trash pick ups block driveways, too. Of course at 7 am not many of us use our driveway. 🤤 This happened at a residential drop-off, 4pm in El Cerrito, if a manager cares at all.
I had Mt Shasta Spring water for years and was always happy with my service and their prices were exceptible. Sadly they sold to this company and the prices are outrageous, their customers service is answered in the country of Columbia. NOT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! The billing is not clear, my payment is auto pay and they take out charges twice a month. Doubled my bill and automatically enrolled me in autopay then took the payment 3 weeks before it was due. AVOID THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO.
Absolute terrible customer service. Ever since MT. Shasta sold out they are terrible and over priced.
Wrost customer care ever. Should be customer uncare. Out of water 3 weeks trucl delivers next door but drives by. All I get is empty promises and We're sorry.
