Doubled my bill and automatically enrolled me in autopay then took the payment 3 weeks before it was due. AVOID THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO.
Absolute terrible customer service. Ever since MT. Shasta sold out they are terrible and over priced.
Wrost customer care ever. Should be customer uncare. Out of water 3 weeks trucl delivers next door but drives by. All I get is empty promises and We're sorry.
We had Mt Shasta spring water. It was great. They sold to these guys and service went to crap and got more expensive. They charge you for everything. Ridiculous bottle deposit fees, and just a overall pain in the butt dealing with them. Find your water somewhere else. This company doesn't deserve your buisness
My Alhambra delivery driver is the best. Always friendly and courteous. Very trustworthy and kind .
