We have been receiving Alhambra water delivery for over 20 years. Great tasting water and more importantly our driver JOSIAH is the greatest person you could ever ask for.
Our water cooler started leaking so we asked for a replacement and was scheduled for the next day. No cooler, no call. Called up, they said they needed to reschedule for a week later. Then no cooler, no call. Promised to deliver the next day, no cooler, no call. Told them to cancel but they promised a cooler and a time. No cooler, no call. Done with them. Water was fine, but customer service consists of apologies. Drivers apparently do whatever they want and don't communicate with the office.
Great customer service!!! I bought a dispenser from Costco and went straight to the warehouse and got signed up and instead of having to wait for my bottles to be delivered they hooked me up with one so I can get started right away..
I would have to agree with many others that 2021 was a horrible year for customer service at Alhambra. The call would come in that our delivery service was the next day, but then, the drivers repeatedly never showed. We didn't even have a regular delivery guy any more. They missed 9 out of 12 deliveries and we were on the verge of cancelling so many times! It was so frustrating. I am happy to say that 2022 has brought a huge improvement.
