Horrible service. I kept getting more water than I requested. For several months I kept trying to have them pick up empty bottles without replacing them with full bottles. Continued to get full bottles to the point I had so much water it would take 6 months for me to use. Then they refused to pick it up the full bottles they had just left by my door. What a lying ass company. I won't ever do business with this company ever again. So many hidden fees. The guy I signed up with lied to me and did not tell me about the fees they were going to charge me. I nearly spent $200 to start up and this was not explained to me he literally lied to me. I will not be recommending to anyone. I specifically asked the guy I signed up with how much it was going to be start up and he said $12.99 that's all. Then it turns out they charged my card $50. Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. I put two empty bottles out for delivery. They are supposed to replace whatever you give them. I put two out they gave me six and charged me for them. I called several times for them to come get the extra bottles. They wouldn't do it. They sat on my front porch for a month! Then they said they would come get them but wouldn't deliver new water. When I call I feel like I'm talking to India or Pakistan or some other country. I'm done!! Worst ever!!!!!
Though our Location is up in Incline Village, Nv and are experiencing Snow/ weather issues, If you schedule appointments for service/ replacement two weeks out for a machine the very least you can due is give a courtesy call to state you aren't coming. two appointments missed.
