I got this deal through Costco and for years Alhambra had excellent service. Then this year my deliveries became less often. Then they just stopped delivering to me. I've called more than a dozen times and after getting nowhere I decided to cancel. I now have 17 empty bottles and 2 machines sitting on my driveway and Primo/Alhambra keeps promising me a driver will come pick up but day after day nobody comes to pick it up.
