I would give them zero but it's not an option. They do not follow up on any calls you make to them. Customer Service reads from a script each and every time. You NEVER receive a call from the branch manager. If i could I would cancel. They cancel or change deliveries deliveries and do not let you know. They still used Covid as an excuse. They dropped a new Water cooler off because ours was defective, did not show up for the first two appointments and did not call of email until after they were supposed to show up. I would give them zero but it's not an option. WORST SERVICE EVER. The price has doubled in the past year, but I understand why. My bank mistakenly sent an overpayment of 616.49. I called on 3/10 and requested a refund. Was told it would be 7 days. Still haven't received it. I need this money to pay other bills. I have called at least 3 times and get hung up on. Worse company and customer service ever. Save yourself the headache of being cheated out of your money. They sign you up with lies promising a lower price, but just wait until you get your bill and it will be way more than what you were told. If you call customer service you will be lied and mistreated. They will blame you and refuse to correct or help you. And they will make fun of you for getting upset and frustrated. the worst ever company... for over a month and a half, every day I call them, write to them. Place on hold for hours... I even cancelled the service a month ago due to their lack of customer service and still no resolution, I actually now have a new bottle service company their equipment has been sitting outside my door for over 3 weeks now and every day they say they will pick up no one picks up. I started with Sierra Springs 40 years ago. Then it changed to Alhambra. Things weren't to bad until recently. Partially filled bottles. Wrong type of water. On hold with customer service for 1 1/2 hour and told the driver will pick up partially filled bottles and bring full bottles, but no one came. I now have one bottle to last for 3 weeks. I cannot recommend Alhambra water to anyone at this point and am seriously ready to cancel them and go with another water delivery company. I give them 2 stars because of the ye... read more

My late wife signed up with Alhamba 25 years ago. She passed 3 years ago. I started paying the bills at that time. I found out through Alhambra delivery service that they were over charging my account $2.00 per bottle per 5 gallon bottle + $1.00 over the water dispenser rental..
