Todd, who came to provide our estimate, was knowledgeable and approachable, and the crew that handled the installation was also very nice. I reached out to Alhambra Insulation Masters after seeing great reviews about their services. I discussed my project, which was around 5,000 sq. ft., and received an estimate of $2,400, which I found to be an excellent price for a home that wasn't new construction. The workmanship was top-notch. Todd arrived at my place and walked me through the whole process, explaining how my attic would be cleaned and sanitized after a couple of rats had made a nasty mess. On top of this, new insulation was installed, meaning I don't have to stress about more rats getting in thanks to the prevention control measures. I had a tough time getting a company to my home when I said I required a cleaning service - I was always met with a 'no'. But these guys were happy to come over. Very pleased.

Four Seasons did a commendable job installing a solar attic fan, baffles, vents, and blow-in insulation in our 1,400 sf home this past season. They met all our requests, installing everything we requested. There was a minor issue with team communication, which resulted in a few scheduling conflicts and a couple of follow-up calls from us to sort out some incomplete and incorrect work. The insulation looks fantastic and Jay, the installer, did an exceptional job. Initially, I was a bit frustrated with the process of arranging the installation. We had scheduled a specific time for the installation, as we have an ongoing construction project with an hourly-paid crew. When Jay didn't show up at the scheduled time, my wife contacted the company and was informed that we were supposed to receive a message changing the time.
