My car had a check engine light. After reading other reviews I was worried that my car would not be seen in a long time and that my car was staying for weeks. I called and service advisor Donovan was able to get my car in just a day. I arrived and I saw a lot of vehicles in line! They get very busy but as soon as I arrived, I was greeted warmly by a very friendly young man and was told I was going to be seen by Donovan shorty. Multiple times I had called for a recall service! Not once did they bother to call me back, to make an appointment! To not make a simple customer service compliance shows extreme unprofessional character!
Terrible experience. Standard fleet vehicle oil change and minor recall repair (windshield adhesion). Over 3 hours in the lobby and the Service Advisor (Rachel) comes out (only once) to inform me that’s she’s having trouble processing the payment with the fleet company (Wheels Fleet) and that’s the reason for the delay. To make matters worse, during all that time they didn’t even perform the minor recall service. No apologies or anything was provided.
