Our dance team order everything from Algy this year. When our order came in wrong, it started a 3 months long attempt to A) Get the order fixed or B) Get the order refunded. I was told on August 16th that the order would be fixed. It would take 4 weeks. Okay.... Cut to October 7th, when I had to call and email 11 times, I find out that the order was never submitted. Thieves! We ordered silks and flag bags 5 months ago and never received them, never got a proper ETA, never got called back. When I was finally able to speak with someone I was told that other orders were being looked after first and they are very busy. I cancelled the order, went through another company which had our order to Canada and had it on our doorstep within a week. A month later and we still haven’t seen the refund fro ALGY. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!
Do NOT use this company! I placed two orders with them and never saw either order! I called every single week and was always put on hold for up to an hour waiting on responses. We canceled both orders and after a MONTH we have yet to receive our refund! They do not get back to you with any answers and do not give good customer service.
Do not use this company, the Customer Service is terrible. They don't call you back, and they give you the runaround with your order. Don't use them...EVER!!!!!! It does not take a month and a half to fill an order.
