Jim is a 5-star realtor and also a 5-star human being. He really listens and cares. He was able to make my non-ideal situation go as smoothly as possible for all parties involved, and very quickly too. He is prompt at responding and good at providing relevant info in an easy-to-understand way. Would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor or help with leasing out a property!

Our family hired Jim to help us sell our parents’ house. We highly recommend him for any realtor needs. He is very knowledgeable about the market, the laws, and the challenges of older homes. Jim is an EXCELLENT realtor and a wonderful person overall. He responds in a timely manner and is very professional. He cares about helping you find the right home AND cares about you as a person!
