After the power failure and the closure of the building for one month in winter 2022; bike stolen from the biking room in the basement in summer 2023; and dishwasher broken two weeks ago but having not been repaired yet, i really hate this place. I have been calling residential service every other day to request them to repair my dishwasher. Sadly, i still have to wash dishes myself.
2 weeks living in and my phone was snatched from my hands on the parking lot. 2 months after this incident, my car was stolen from my parking spot (that I paid $200 monthly) while I was sleeping. They have “security” roaming around but they’re ridiculously poor at doing their job. After these traumatic experiences, feeling anxious and unsafe, I was able to move out BUT management wouldn’t let me break my lease. I was blessed that I found a responsable family to take over my lease as a sublet. This was literally the worst exp... read more
