There has been a constant struggle to obtain prescription renewals in a timely manner, regardless of how far in advance the requests are submitted. I have also experienced concerns with one practitioner being unwilling to investigate ongoing health issues or communicate the results of medical tests in a timely and thorough manner.
Amazing place.
Do not go here! Been waiting on prescriptions for about 6 days. Not the first time, more like the 30+... Sarah used to be amazing, now she could care less. Staff knows nothing, each member will tell you something different. One will get done in an hour, what others can't do in a week. Has gone severely down hill
I make an appointment and I get here and I don’t have one because I didn’t do some kind of Telus Health connect. So they’re gonna force me to go online to confirm appointments it’s just totally ridiculous.
