I make an appointment and I get here and I don’t have one because I didn’t do some kind of Telus Health connect. So they’re gonna force me to go online to confirm appointments it’s just totally ridiculous.

This institution lacks professionalism. This institution has violated the Duty of Care for its patients along with the lack of standard care. This institution ignored patients well being. The staff turnover is deplorable. They were given notice that they should follow up with my wife for her condition they did not treat nor did they practice due diligence and follow up when requested. Constantly canceling my toddlers immunization appointments. She is now 6 months behind on them. Very very disappointed with them. They were great for me and my older child as we are very healthy and rarely need to see them. But now that I have a young one and have to see them more, it has been horrible. I just had my daughter's appointment rescheduled again for the 4th time.
My partner had open heart surgery 15 days ago. He had a mechanical valve put in. His surgeon told my partner that it was critical for him to get bloodwork done 3 times a week. The day after his blood work, his nurse practitioner was to call my partner to let him know if he sould increase or decrease the dosage of his blood thinner (warfarin).
