Constantly canceling my toddlers immunization appointments. She is now 6 months behind on them. Very very disappointed with them. They were great for me and my older child as we are very healthy and rarely need to see them. But now that I have a young one and have to see them more, it has been horrible. I just had my daughter's appointment rescheduled again for the 4th time.
My partner had open heart surgery 15 days ago. He had a mechanical valve put in. His surgeon told my partner that it was critical for him to get bloodwork done 3 times a week. The day after his blood work, his nurse practitioner was to call my partner to let him know if he sould increase or decrease the dosage of his blood thinner (warfarin). I have belonged to this clinic since day one, I’ve received top notch treatment throughout!
Nurse Practioner always cancels. Don't waste your time. Never get call backs and they switch staff faster than i change my hair color. You are better off to go sit in emerge.
Don't waste your time here. They never call you back, no matter how many voicemails you leave but claim to return phone calls 'within one business day'. You can't book an appointment online and they cycle through nurse practitioners so fast you never see the same one twice. You're better off going to emerg and waiting 17 hours.
