I wish 0 was an option. Horribly “managed”, no communication, staff seem unqualified and unprofessional. Currently waiting for blood work results from three months ago. Reception is atrocious. Nurses are Ill-informed and terribly disorganized. The NPs I’ve seen are absolutely clueless. This place should be shut down until they can hire competent staff to manage it.
I’ve been a patient here for SO LONG and I always had good things to say about my experiences but the last year has been such a challenge to just simply get ahold of them. they don’t get back with results timely and I constantly have my appointments cancelled as my practitioner is just never there when I have issues that need addressed. The fact I have to now go to a walk in because I keep getting cancels is extremely disappointing.
There has been a constant struggle to obtain prescription renewals in a timely manner, regardless of how far in advance the requests are submitted. I have also experienced concerns with one practitioner being unwilling to investigate ongoing health issues or communicate the results of medical tests in a timely and thorough manner.
