Would not recommend a realtor who contracts a listing with only one owner of a 2 owner home Your response is a joke
Ginny and Ladonna and their team have impeccable follow through. They have worked with me both on business and personal dealings. On the professional front, I haven't seen many people with Ginny's detailed knowledge of all things real estate and on the personal side...she made sure there was no money left on the table for the same day sale of our 1st home and purchase of a new one!
