AWFUL This management company doesn't even deserve one star. The building and the landlord were barely acceptable (meaning, they addressed the fact that the front door to the building wouldn't shut within three weeks). But I have yet to find one competent person on the management team who would help me with any task, small or big. Let me start off by saying the photos of our horrendous time living at an Algin property speak for themselves. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy. My boyfriend and I moved here in November 2020 and not long after things started to fall apart (literally). I highly discourage anyone from signing a lease with Algin Management due to heavy construction in their buildings and a total lack of decency in terms of management's response. Due to COVID-19 vacancies, they are tearing up units left and right. You can expect at least 8 hours of drilling, hammering, and vacuuming every day, which resonates through the thin concrete walls in their buildings.
