It saddens me to have to write a negative review of this facility because Dr. Cresswell is such a wonderful doctor, but she has one of the worst front office staffs I have ever encountered. Latanya is extremely rude, unhelpful and very unwilling to go the extra mile to provide great customer service. She cut me off while I was speaking then transferred me without even saying to hold on. When I called back, she transferred me without saying anything. She transferred me to Angela who wasn't much better attitude wise. I never h... read more
