One of the employees came over to help me, then repeatedly walked away to help other customers while I was still waiting for assistance. I purchased several items from this store, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The men who work there—including the owner who is Nashwan, his father, and I believe a brother—were always pleasant and respectful. However, my interactions with the owner’s wife were the complete opposite. I found her customer service to be poor. She wasn’t willing to negotiate, didn’t seem interested in going above and beyond to help, and came across as unfriendly and unhappy whenever I dealt with her.
