Great experience with this management team! Solved issues in a timely manner. Came from a different management company and very happy with the change.
Showing hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM are unacceptably limited and inflexible. When questioned, the explanation given was 'safety concerns' and it has been getting dark earlier. Considering we are in Washington State, where limited daylight is a common reality in the fall and winter, this reasoning is a poor excuse for a complete lack of professionalism. This is gold standart property management company.Very reputable and easy to work with.We had horrible experience with previous company ( that was about to charge $1,000 for $50 A/C part, outrageous!) and had to move...Alger company have been great,smooth transfer, quick response/communication with tenant, and we (as owners) got rent ON TIME! which was always late before. So far very happy with our decision, they made our life easier.
