This is gold standart property management company.Very reputable and easy to work with.We had horrible experience with previous company ( that was about to charge $1,000 for $50 A/C part, outrageous!) and had to move...Alger company have been great,smooth transfer, quick response/communication with tenant, and we (as owners) got rent ON TIME! which was always late before. So far very happy with our decision, they made our life easier.
I cannot express enough how shady this company is. From move in to move out they were nothing but difficult. When we moved in we asked for a walk through as the house was not up to what standard we thought it would be. Crumbs in the cabinets and grime on the floor etc etc. the property manager “noted” our concerns but still never did a walk through.
