Very unhappy with the floor tile installation of our master bath. We had a new home build 3.5 years ago with 3 bathrooms tiled. 2 of the bathrooms held up but our master has been pretty disappointing. The issue has been with the floor tile. Sever locations are extremely uneven. I don't know how an installer would let that go. The uneven tile has been that way since we moved in. I was to the store at 4 pm, to look for some tiles.The lady from front desk kick me out because they have to close but online is suppose to close at 5 pm and they work only with builders.I told her i’m builder …but was very disrespect and bad attitude, very unprofessional.
Nothing wrong with the tiles, but their installation was done poorly, essentially leaving me with a floating floor and resulting in cracking of the grout. Upon reaching out, they were not responsive and took no responsibility. I had a few of the tiles lifted and replaced by a general contractor who was amazed at how little adhesive/glue/cement was used. (note in the picture that the thin white curving lines are part of the tile and NOT the adhesive).
