Building the pond took longer due to rainy weather. Had to make a few changes to design but overall it turned out well. Pond and filtering system are working well.

Oddly any type of bonus other than cash has little meaning. Ours was one we felt appropriate for the cause (overnight stay Gaylord Texan Resort) with verification of desire to , no stay,we got no explanation, no answer or return phone calls, no thank You until asked employees 2 weeks later. Work was excellent, creative & timely but learned our lesson regarding any tips or bonus.
They responded very quickly. They listened to what we wanted, had some recommendations and installed what we agreed they would install. We are very satisfied.
