I have serious gi issues that require care when they flare up. He is non responsive and won't even refill a script to reduce the pain. Be real careful if u have serious issues. Find a more compassionate and medically responsive doctor. For me it is not him. He is the opposite.
Alfredo A. Rabassa is a quack doctor, no apathy to his patients, after see him, I got worst and in pain. He doesn't respond calls. No solutions.
My first visit with Dr..Rabassa was a very good experience; he was very thorough, expert and understanding. Highly recommended.
My first visit with Dr. Rabassa I gave him 5 stars. My second visit was a disaster, no eye contact, didn't pay attention to my concerns, he was rude and I couldn't believe the change from my first visit to the second visit. Sent me to his coordinator to do a colonoscopy and rushed me out of his office.
Dr. Rabassa provides the best and necessary medical care and process, and tops it off with helpful and open conversations. No significant time limits, no unavailability, he's always willing to listen and help. As you grow older, it's great to have a friendly doctor. He's one of the BEST.
Doctor Rabassa was terrible. He was condescending and rude. He belittled me and dismissed me and my issues entirely. I left in pain and received no help whatsoever toward resolving my issue. The nursing staff was just as bad, they had a very in and out attitude, and lack basic kindness.
I will most definitely recommend Dr. Rabassa. Today, was my first visit with him and I left with such a happy feeling. He is extremely interested in your health issues, he explains everything, he listens, he gives you options. He has empathy and excellent bedside manners. I'm so happy that I found Dr. Rabassa after trying a few others Gasto Specialist.
Dr. Rabassa already impressed me in April 2016 when he performed an emergency operation on my father of 93 years old and saved his life. He recently assisted my Gynecologist in a major surgery that saved my life. At the prep op I was relieved to see Dr. Rabassa would be assisting. I am most grateful to him.
Did not take my concerns seriously. Told me I could keep in touch through the patient portal. That has been a disaster. Practice is so busy, I felt I was in the production line of a factory. Nurse wrote down the wrong medications on my medical history. Patients at this practice are just numbers, not individuals
