Horrible customer service and horrible doctors. They never return your calls, and when you try to make a virtual appointment they are always late and then they cancel on you at the last minute. Their so called fake doctors like Amenda Bay or whatever her name is. She doesn’t know anything and she’s useless. Not sure how she became a doctor because she was not even able to read my blood work results lol. I had a horrible experience with her and Daniele they are extremely rude and unprofessional.

RecommendedThankfully, I have not had Covid; but I believe it's because I was carefully guided and treated by John Sanguedolce, MD. When I "thought" I might have symptoms he quickly ordered the appropriate tests, etc. did not waste time, and gave me the direct guidance, allowing me to make sure I would continue to stay healthy. The entire staff is quick, sensitive to your needs, they don't waste time or try/direct you to just "bill" or try to exaggerate a condition. God bless them.

RecommendedI made an appointment for a physical in the Yorbalinda office and I was advised there was a mistake made so I was going to be seen by Nurse Nichole Rogers in Urgent Care. Well I’m glad that mistake was made, she was fast but yet informative and I understood everything she told me! I think physicals are pretty basic, you don’t get much info from Dr. and they don’t ask much. I always feel like I’m just another patient, Nichole made me feel like she cared! Thank you Nichole Rogers 🙏🏼
