Dr Hess is very pleasant, great bedside manners. His assistant was also of great personality. Front office clerks need customer service 101. Not all of them
Dr. Hess performed surgery on my son in 2016 and 2017. We recently visited his office due to something that we thought was a complication with the surgery site/scar. Dr. Hess was as great as he has always been. He was very reassuring that everything was OK and not to be worried and if anything was wrong in the future to come straight to him. He is definitely one of the best doctors I have ever seen for me or my children.
