After waiting 3 hours for the doctor to show up we couldn't wait anymore. That is not ok we also have important things to do you could have let your patience know that something came up and it should have been up to us if we wanted to wait another 3 hours....not okay to do to people! Michele the "manager" was absolutely No help she didn't even work on my refund like she said she would SOME MANAGER

It’s been years since my first hand surgery performed by Dr. Alfred Hess. Unfortunately, these past 10 years I’ve had more encounters with physicians than the last 40+ years. Recently, yet another accident has put me back in his care again. I’m ever so thankful for him and his staff!
