I love this Dr., he’s 5 stars, but this answering service for 110 Liberty st is one of the worst systems I’ve ever dealt with for anything. I constantly cannot even get in touch with the office and when i do my messages aren’t getting through or change from what i said due to the message being passed through so many people. I don’t understand the answering system they have in place but I seem to have one problem or another every time I have to deal with it. Dr Tanglao is great. He listens and is easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.
Dr Tanglao has helped me in so many ways. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was dealing with symptoms that were not easy to diagnose, he was very accommodating seeing me the same day if need be.
