The absolute worst! We moved into an apartment that had a broken fridge and was filled with items clearly left behind by the prior tenants (mirror, suitcases, tools). The place was so dirty. Friedman forgot that we were supposed to move in that day. They are non responsive. I literally have to email and call 3 times before ever getting a response. It's taken over 6 weeks to get anything fixed. The apartment and building is a dump and maintained horribly. DONT MOVE TO A FRIEDMAN BUILDING!!!
