Picked up some PSG safety glasses for work and this was the best experience I’ve had with an optometrist. Alan is attentive, caring and patient with a wealth of knowledge. My eye assessment was thorough to ensure I had the more accurate prescription. The glasses were ready for collection after about 2 weeks and came out perfectly! Attended Wheelers Hill and extremely pleased with my new multi focal glasses. Alan Greenhill was very thorough with eye testing, scanning and explanation of scan results. Great help when choosing frames and lenses which are crystal clear. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff at the Wheelers Hill practice.
Came to this Optometrist 3years ago , He tested my Eyes and yes I needed glasses I purchased a very expensive pair of Shillouette frameless glasses $1500 ( over priced ) had nothing but trouble with them 1yr later the nose clip just Broke off after a big drama he replaced it but in the process Scatched the lens so under warranty needed new lenses so he Did another eye test and sold me another pair I could use as a spare when the ones he Scratched were replaced 2 weeks ago the nose pad just fell off So I too them to him and w... read more
Have been clients for over 5 years very happy and they are very thorough. You pay for quality service and no complaints from me. If you want to pay cheap prices with inexperienced people then yes go elsewhere.
Hope not to have warranty claim here. VERY VERY difficult to deal with and avoiding me after 4 emails this week. 3rd pair same glasses $350 frames. I note replys are given on this format. So in an effort to avoid VCAT... here goes.
