I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I have warned everyone I know to avoid this ENT doctor. Nothing good will come from going here!
