I have called and left messages 4c since 7/30/26, stopped into the office 8/4/26 spoke to receptionist who took a copy of my drivers license & insurance card. Gave me a new patient package and assured me I would receive a call to schedule an appointment by 8/5/26. Today is 8/2026 and I still have not received a call. Horrible front desk worker. Hire someone who returns calls! Have gone elsewhere and will not refer this office.

The staff here is Great very friendly and professional Dr Cook is very nice and informative and knowledgeable answered all my questions

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF. BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MOTHER IN & ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. IVE TRIED CALLING 5 TIMES NOW.

I'm leaving a 2 because I've never "seen " Dr. Cook. Briefly I saw him right before surgery .. he never engaged with me at all . Not before surgery, not after . I miss Dr. Williams who did my hip , he was awesome !!!! I saw him every visit I had . He also made me very comfortable pre surgery & post surgery. I didn't get this using Dr Cook

Dr. Cook gave me a Stem cell shot. When asked if golf the next day was ok. Yes, he said. Google it. It is definitely harmful . I wouldn't know but I went to another doctor to get the stem cell shot and he said I should not put my arms above my head lift them for at least 3 to 6 weeks.
