Dr. Cook may be the best surgeon in the world however I never had the opportunity to find out due to his staff is the worst staff in the world. I would NEVER use this practice because of the staff. Twice I tried to make appointments and all you ever receive is an automated message stating they will return your call in 3-5 business days. Both times I never received a call back. I’ve had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Cook twice for shoulder injuries. He is a fantastic physician who relates to the patient and shares clearly the options for treatment. While I hope I never need to see him again he would be the first physician I would go to for a shoulder injury.
This is a review for Dr. Cook. One year ago, I fell and broke my patella in 1/2. I live in TV, I called 911, they took me to Leesburg hospital where there was no on call surgeon. Dr Cook refused to let me be treated at TV hospital and I was told it was because it was a Friday and they didn’t want to deal with me but he most likely didn’t know how to do the surgery, so I guess I’m lucky I didn’t get him.
