The staff is amazing. They are caring and make sure your are comfortable every step of the way. Karen goes over and above to make herself available for any questions or concerns you may have. Now let's talk about infusion day. The check in process is quick and they are always friendly. The nurses are also very caring and friendly but there is something special about Nicole. I've been so impressed with Dr. Mahone-Johnson. She is possibly the most knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. I have seen. I believe she genuinely cares about my issues. During our visits I feel comfortable enough to ask about medical issues outside of her field. She will ask questions and share any knowledge she has on the topic and make recommendations to other resources when appropriate.
