The friendliness and the smiles.
The Dr is always friendly and always lets me know what recommendations are with my healing but never pressures me to go with his recommendations. He gives me all information he has and allows me to decide. I would recommend him along with Emergeortho in Hickory to anyone that has back or neck problems. All of the staff is so kind patient and polite and understanding.
