I made a pitstop on my way to the beach because I was in desperate need of a matcha to execute my performativeness to its maximum potential. Little did I know I was going to receive the best customer service from the sweetest people ever. Sara, Shadi, and Chris were so kind, attentive, and respectful. They went above and beyond in their customer service AND made my matcha to perfection. Will be back so soon!
Love Alfred Malibu! The workers are so fun and work so hard to get their drinks out as quick as possible. I go back everytime I’m in malibu!

Very rude staff
I’m visiting from San Diego , I was debating between blue bottle and Alfred . I picked Alfred . I can’t complain about the ice coffee , it was delicious. But the barista ruined it for me , she slammed my drink so hard , it almost spilled . She didn’t even apologize. Just rolled her eyes and walked away .
