Good furniture/prices--bad delivery – We just bought a new couch from them. The store is nice because you can customize just about any piece of furniture they have on the floor with your choice of fabrics, leather, etc. and they build it for you. It is quality furniture, also some unique items, good selection. The downfall is the delivery process--key word "process".
