I love it here. I've had issues with so many dentists because I don't numb easily or well. This has led me to a severe fear of going. But my father recommended them and they were so comforting and accommodating that I look forward to going as a form of self care now. Very much excited for the plan we've made to solve my dental concerns and that so much of my input was utilized.
My experience with Dr. Alfred Dela Cruz Very Disappointed with his service. I had extensive work over $10,000 and my final outcome is left with an unnatural unattractive smile. I had concerns at the time when my crowns that he had done was quite smaller then my actual size so when my permanent partial came in which was made smaller... My concerns were ignored and not taken seriously.. This is why I'm writing this review. From my experience Dr. Dela Cruz is not a very good dentist..
Yesterday I had Dr. Alfred De La Cruz DDS in San Ramon do a slight cosmetic dental procedure and was very pleased with the results. He has been my dentist for the past seven years, and I have always been pleased at his professionalism, caring, gentle manner, and his explanations given for various treatment options. I highly recommend his dental services to anyone who appreciates receiving quality dental care. Bonus: he and his staff offer flexible payment options are nice people too!😁
Dr Dela Cruz was very nice and gentle! He listened to my concerns and gave me his feedback and it was very informative. I am a new patient and will be going back again. The office staff was also very helpful and made it easy to schedule with them.
I’ve been going to Dr. Dela Cruz for a little over a year now for general cleanings. He is always very accommodating and his staff are amazing! I recently had to get my wisdom teeth removed and went to him to get them removed. He did a great job explaining everything and working with me as it was my first time having a dental procedure (other than general cleanings). I would recommend him to everyone!
