From start to finish, my experience with Dr. DeSimone was a real pleasure. He explained my injury in detail and what I could expect with the surgery. He allowed me to ask questions, never rushed me and was extremely compassionate and reassuring. The surgery and recovery process were flawless and I feel great. Dr. DeSimone and his physician’s assistant, Eric, are truly amazing practitioners and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
I tore my ACL, MCL and both meniscus playing basketball. Dr. DeSimone was compassionate and thorough throughout the entire process. The surgery resulted in barely noticeable scaring, and a knee that is actually stronger than my uninjured knee! There is no other option in my opinion - Dr. DeSimone is a throwback to the care of yesteryear, when patients were not numbers.
About a month ago I had my left knee operated on for meniscus repair. The feeling from the moment I woke up in recovery was amazing. I did not experience any pain whatsoever. I had the normal discomfort one would expect, but nothing major at all. Only one day on minimal pain meds. I just had my right knee done last week and it’s great too! i had surgery performed by dr.d and he was great. i had a dual tear of my meniscus, scar tissue and arthritis which he took care of. it has been 4 weeks and i am finally started to feel better. dr. d. did tell me originally it would be a 6-8 week recovery and i am right on schedule. i highly recommend his services to anyone in need of surgery in the areas of hiss expertise. the entire staff and office personnel are wonderful.
I was apprehensive about my treatment. However, Dr DeSimone and his staff immediately put me at ease. Dr DeSimone was very professional, proficient, and caring. His staff was very caring and reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. DeSimone to family and friends.
He fixed another doctors mistakes which most doctors don't. Once he took an x-ray of the other doctors work on my right shoulder he sent me for an MRI which showed significant damage. He told me that he doesn't like to fix another doctors mistakes but in my case he would because there was so much damage. His x-ray showed lots of damage so he sent me for an MRI. He didn't just fix the other doctors mistakes he also had to relocate the bicep tendon. After the tendon healed we started to strengthen
I was a soccer player and I got the ACL of my left knee broken. I picked Dr. Desimone according to the reviews and his history as a great specialist exactly in the knee and shoulder areas... and I wasn't wrong. Since the first appointment, I really met a person with great knowledge about his profession and very confident with each movement and diagnostic. I'm very happy to say that I had the best surgery and rehabilitation process that I could. I'm very thankfull to Dr. D.
Dr. D. and team are top notch! My story is complicated. Last year, I wrote a review 7 months after my surgery and almost gave up on Dr. D. However, Dr. D. and his team didn't give up on me. D went above an beyond with great concern for my well being to get me healthy again. Long story short he got my knee back in good shape so that I could resume physical activities and coaching again in my mid 40's. Honestly, I could have not done it without D's support and concern for my well being. Thanks D!
dr D repaired my torn acl,torn miniscus and repaired my micro fracture in my left knee. He is very polite and really cares about your well being. He explained the entire procedure to me and told me he would get me back to my lifestyle. it’s been a year after my surgery and my knee never felt better. I have absolutely zero pain and i am able to do things like crossfit again without worrying that i may get hurt. If you follow his advise like rehab and personal dedication he will get you to 100%
